Michael Alper, MD
Dr. Alper is an Associate Clinical Professor at Harvard Medical School. His interest of in vitro fertilization has led him to be involved in many research studies sponsored by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). He has written numerous articles, abstracts, letters and books—and has lectured at many scientific meetings throughout the world.

Brian Berger, MD

Dr. Brian M. Berger joined Boston IVF back in 1998 and currently works as the Director of the Donor Egg and Gestational Carrier program. His areas of expertise include treatment of miscarriage, decreased ovarian function or elevated FSH, treatment in women with unexplained infertility, and male infertility.

Carla DiGirolamo, MD

Dr. Carla DiGirolamo provides fertility consultation and treatment in the Boston Metro West area in addition to IVF New England’s Lexington IVF center. She is a fitness enthusiast and applies this philosophy to patient care.

Kerri Luzzo, MD
Dr. Luzzo is helping patients find solutions to their fertility challenges at the IVF New England Center in Providence, Rhode Island. She also sees patients in Middletown, RI and Raynham and North Dartmouth, MA. Dr. Luzzo is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Family Medicine at Brown University Alpert Medical School in Providence, RI.

Samuel Pang, MD
Dr. Pang believes in providing patients with accurate information so that they can make truly informed decisions about their treatment options. He is very methodical and pays attention to details to ensure that his patients are getting the best possible care.

Sam Pauli, MD
Dr. Pauli has been recognized for his excellent patient care by being awarded the “Patients’ Choice Award”. Only five percent of physicians nationwide receive the award, which is determined by patients’ positive online reviews of their doctors.

Alan Penzias, MD
Dr. Penzias has served on the Medical Advisory Boards for Organon, Serono Laboratories, and Ferring Pharmaceuticals. He has published more than 75 peer reviewed articles, reviews, chapters, abstracts and books in the field of infertility.

Rita Sneeringer, MD
Dr. Sneeriniger has published research studies on various topics including ovarian factors that are associated with fertility and comparative rates of success for various fertility treatments. She has presented her research nationally. She continues to be involved in research studies at Boston IVF.

Kim Thornton, MD
Dr. Thornton is the Division Director of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and an Assistant Professor in the Department of OB-GYN at Harvard Medical School. She is on staff at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, Boston, Metrowest Medical Center and Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton.
